  • Boiled White Lobia 1 bowl small
  • Apple diced cut 1
  • Pear diced cut 1
  • Cucumber diced cut 1 Onion cho 1
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Red chilli 1/4tsp
  • Black pepper powder 2 pinch
  • Chat masala 1/2tsp
  • Curd 2tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 2tsp
  • Tamarind sauce 2tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

Directions

  • Take a mixing bowl put all ingredients,spices,lemon juice mix.
  • Then mix half quantity of both sauces.
  • Take a serving bowl put tangy chat garnish leftover sauces.
